Amy has had substantial experience in the residential arena.

Her designs span from a front porch to a new 12,000 sf home, and everything in between.  She has been a senior project manager for 15+ years, and is involved in every aspect of a project including:  initial client meetings, measuring existing homes, schematic design, design development, construction documents, structural design, city approvals, and construction management.

Her focus is on renovations & additions of older homes, and currently has projects in Bexley, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Clintonville, and Worthington.

Amy attended the University of Cincinnati, where she received her Bachelor of Architecture in 1995.  She received her license to practice architecture in 1998.   After 18+ years at a small residential design firm, Lauerhass Architecture was founded in January 0f 2014.

Amy lives in Bexley, Ohio with her husband of 18 years, and her two teenage children, and is active in her local church community, and plays cello for the Greater Columbus Community Orchestra.
